I was born and raised in 韦恩堡, Indiana. I graduated from Trine University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. I explored the Criminal Justice field for just a short while until I found my true passion in Higher Education. I currently hold 8 years of experience in Higher Education. The thing I love the most is the journey that lies in changing a life. I am excited to be at 曼彻斯特 University and looking forward to helping where I can. When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, 旅行, watching movies, and even getting lost in a good 读.

卡拉史密斯 graduated from Ball State University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Child & 家庭研究. She previously worked in the 招生 department at a residential treatment center for teenage girls called Compass Rose Academy. Kara and her husband Nick live in Wabash with their mini goldendoodle, Roscoe. She enjoys watching Netflix, listening to podcasts, drinking cold coffee all year, and spending time connecting with family & 朋友. Kara is passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and loved.
